Running a Sale?
Follow this 5 email framework to crush your next one.

The Juice

Hey It’s Dylan from The Juice.
When I was first getting into Email Marketing I always thought sales campaigns had to be super complicated, spread out over 2 weeks, highly segmented BLAH BLAH.
All you need to do is follow this simple 5 email strategy and you’ll be golden.
1. Text Based Pre-Sale Hype Email
Timing • Sent 1-3 days before your sale
Subject Line idea: Something big is coming...
Goal: Educate and prepare them. Encourage them to pre-pick out their items.
Example:

2. Launch Email
Graphic • Sent when sale begins
Subject Line idea: It’s here – [X]% OFF everything
Goal: Clear announcement, drive clicks
Include:
Exact % off or $$ amount (can test between mystery discount)
Start & end time
How? (Code vs. auto-applied?)
Example:

3. Reminder Email
Graphic • 1-3 days after launch
Subject Line idea: They're flying off the shelves!
Goal: Combat hesitation, answer questions, reminder
Example:

4. Last Chance Email
Sent final day of sale or 1 day before
Subject Line idea: ⚠️ Sale ends TONIGHT
Goal: Create urgency, highlight popular items
People love procrastinating till the last minute to get what they need.
Most people will already know you have a sale. No need for details - get straight to the point.
Example:

5. Final Nudge or Extension Email
Text-based • Sent later that day OR next morning
Subject Line idea:
Because we love you
Okay… 24 more hours
Tone: Personal and direct
Purpose:
Nudge fence-sitters
Optionally extend the sale for 24 hours
Reaffirm urgency (“This is your last shot”)
Example:

(I put all this together in a document for you here)
Email Inspiration of the day: Casely
Great example of what to send when your sale is live!
